Information you provide

When you contact Joyful Care, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, service interests, and information you choose to include in a message. Please do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, financial information, or urgent medical details through the website.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, discuss requested services, arrange follow-up communication, and maintain appropriate business records. Joyful Care does not sell personal information.

Website requests and applications

When you submit a care request or employment application through this website, the information is sent to Joyful Care and stored with its business records. Authorized staff may review it to respond to your request, evaluate a potential work opportunity, and document follow-up. Applications do not currently accept résumé uploads. Website forms are not intended for medical records, identity documents, or other highly sensitive information.

Customer access

Customers may create an account using their own email address. The sign-in provider processes the email address and one-time verification code needed to authenticate the account. Joyful Care receives basic account information and a protected session identifier. Care information should not be submitted through the sign-in form.

Employee access

Invited employees may use a protected portal for their own work profile, assigned schedule, server-confirmed clock events, weekly time records, and company announcements. The identity provider processes the personal email address an employee registers and a one-time verification code. Joyful Care stores a protected application session and does not collect GPS location through the employee portal in this release.

Website services

The website may use hosting, security, storage, authentication, analytics, or communication providers that process limited information needed to operate the site. Request information such as an Internet Protocol address may be processed or temporarily converted into a one-way security marker to prevent abuse. This policy should be reviewed before adding advertising pixels, session replay, a customer relationship management system, or another external processor.

Security and retention

Joyful Care uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet or email transmission is completely secure. Information is retained only as needed for the inquiry, service relationship, legal obligations, and legitimate business records.

You may ask about the information associated with your inquiry, request corrections, or ask Joyful Care to stop non-essential communications.
